C2C Homes. Quality Matters

The C2C Process provides the absolute best quality and performance for your new home. Using designs informed by years of practice in Hawaii, C2C homes are manufactured and constructed in a controlled workshop setting. Producing homes in this manner provides similar efficiency, precision and cost savings to a factory assembly line, while at the same time reducing construction waste and carefully controlling quality. Larger-scale purchasing power and years of industry connections allow C2C to provide truly personbalized modern homes at near mass-produced prices.

C2C Homes are Built Stronger, Last Longer & Cost Less than Traditional Construction.
The Absolute Best Fire, Hurricane and Termite Ratings—And They Look Better Too!

How?Structural components of C2C Homes are built in a controled fabrication facility
Joints are tighter, cuts are straighter and homes are generally more precisely built
All C2C Homes feature fully welded steel construction which is 100% Fire, Termite and Hurricane proof
Precision fabrication and careful assembly offers unparalleled fit and finish—and a truly clean aesthetic

You Wouldn’t Buy a Car Built in Your Backyard Would You?

Luxury cars, computers, the worlds finest yachts—they’re all built in incredibly controlled environments—allowing the craftsmen building them to reduce the variables that might undermine the quality and performance of the end product. Under these same principles C2C fabricates the structural components of our homes in our Honolulu workshop. With over 10,000 square feet of construction space, our master builders fabricate framing and components of the C2C home system. Unlike some ‘pre-fab’ homes, C2C Homes are not mass-produced in a factory—these are not rolling houses delivered on a trailer—far from it. Instead, C2C has standardized components of all of our homes and refined the process of producing them in a very efficient and adaptable way. Just as modern computers are eminently customizable, the C2C Process leverages the benefits of modularized construction while maintaining a level of customization that makes each C2C Home unique. These are not stacked boxes like many modular homes, these are finely crafted custom homes designed and built intelligently—as every modern home should be.

First Class Finishes

C2C homes are assembled on site, fabricated components are installed on a poured foundation and interior finish work is performed in much the same fashion as with a traditionally built home. By following this protocol, C2C avoids some of the major pitfalls of the truly ‘pre-fab’portable homes mentioned above. Because the assembled C2C Home is never intended to move like with many modular or pre-fab homes, we need not make any concessions about the type of materials or finishes used. Unlike many modular home companies, who focus on cutting costs out of the home itself by automating or standardizing on a large scale, C2C instead focuses on cutting time and expense out of the design-build process such that our clients can get the quality and style they want at a price they can afford.

Durabie Materials, Intelligent Design

C2C uses only the best, most environmentally materials. From structural steel to high grade roofing and insulation to bamboo flooring, our homes are designed to remain beautiful and maintenance-free for decades.

A Lasting Investment

By reducing the scale of the modularity of our homes to just the structural components (frame, walls, windows, fixutres) C2C homes offer all the benefits of pre-fab and modular architecture with none of the traditional limitations. The C2C system produces a ‘site-built’ home that still leverages the repeatability and control of industrial fabrication. That is, though the ‘modules’ of the C2C Process are workshop-built and standardized in nature, our system allows infinite flexibility in design and assembly. With a C2C home you get the fit and finish, quality and sophistication of a factory-crafted product, but without the cookie-cutter monotony endemic to many modular designs. This flexibility not only benefits your home’s aesthetic, but in the end it also helps it’s longevity. By assembling the home from smaller scale fabricated parts, expansion, maintenance and repairs are far simpler than with most tradtionally built or factory built homes.
