The Lanai House

This 2260sf model is designed for an expanded open lanai and gallery living experience. The living spaces can be opened to lanais and gardens to double your living space and bring the outdoors in.

 A large gallery hallway separates the main living and bedrooms spaces. This space provides privacy to the bedrooms and the opportunity for displaying art and treasured processions. An additional bedroom or expanded master suite can be added to the rear of the house if additional space is needed.
